This is an outside sales and project management role with high income potential, especially during Oklahoma's storm season. This role is not a desk job and requires direct interaction with homeowners and project management from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Guide customers through claims from start to finish
• Manage roofing projects and ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
• Work closely with team leads, adjusters, the admin team, and production crews
