This is not your average 9-to-5 job. It’s an outside sales and project management role where your income is directly tied to your hustle, consistency, and ability to build relationships. No roofing experience? No problem. We provide a paid 90-day training program designed to help you become a top-producing Roofing Restoration Specialist.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Guide customers through claims from start to finish
• Manage roofing projects and ensure a high-level customer experience
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
• Work directly with team leads, adjusters, admin staff, and production teams
