Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking driven, outgoing individuals to join our team as Roofing & Restoration Project Manager. In this role, you'll help homeowners restore their properties after storm damage by guiding them through the insurance restoration process while managing projects from inspection to completion. No roofing experience? That's okay. Our comprehensive 90-day paid training program equips you with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to succeed in a high-income, recession-resistant industry.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
- Ability to manage multiple projects while providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Prospect neighborhoods impacted by severe weather, Build relationships with homeowners through face-to-face interactions, Schedule roof inspections and identify restoration opportunities
- Educate Homeowners: Conduct property inspections for storm-related damage, Explain the restoration and insurance claims process, Provide honest recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Manage Projects: Guide customers from the initial inspection through final project completion, Coordinate with insurance adjusters and internal production teams, Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
- Grow Your Business: Develop referral relationships, Maintain a strong sales pipeline, Build long-term customer trust within your community
