Requirements

• Experience in roofing or a similar hands-on trade
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Nice To Haves

• Understands roofing systems (or similar trades)
• Works well with tools
• Can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them
• Experience in construction or general labor
• Experience in siding, gutters, or exterior home services

Responsibilities

• Identify roof leaks and structural damage
• Perform roof repairs (cracks, defects, damaged areas) using proper materials
• Complete routine maintenance and roof cleanings
• Remove debris from roofs and surrounding property
• Conduct roof assessments and document findings
• Create reports with notes, photos, and videos
• Communicate clearly with customers, foremen, and supervisors
• Follow all company policies and safety standards
