This role assists with service calls, helps maintain tools and equipment, supports safe jobsite operations, and completes assigned tasks under the direction of a lead technician. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in roofing, construction, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work well with a team and follow direction
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both
- Interest in long-term career growth in roofing service and maintenance
Responsibilities
- Assist with repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems
- Support the lead technician during service calls and roofing repair work
- Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
- Help keep the service truck clean, stocked, and job-ready
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards
- Help complete basic job documentation and administrative updates as assigned
- Provide professional service to customers on job sites
