About The Position

Jump-start your career with our Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship! We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven individuals to learn how to be a Roofing Repair Technician. You will participate in a rewarding 12 - 24 month apprenticeship where you will go through an extensive and structured learning program for roofing and repairs. After the apprenticeship ends, apprentices will graduate with a Bone Dry Department of Labor Approved Roofing Certificate and a full-time "Roofing Repair Technician" position with Bone Dry. This role offers a blend of classroom work, job shadowing, and independent work, covering safety, roof replacement, roof repairs, ventilation, and insulation. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Highschool diploma
Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics

Complete online trainings and modules as assigned
