About The Position
Garcia Roofing is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to run residential roofing jobs on-site and serve as the homeowner’s day-of contact from start to finish. The role involves overseeing job progress, quality, and safety; confirming materials; maintaining clean job sites; documenting work; and helping with inspections to keep production on track. The position pays $16–$20 per hour based on experience, plus commission on the ticket price of jobs managed. The posting estimates 40–45 hours per week and a realistic annual income of $55,000–$65,000 or more. A company truck is provided for work use and must be picked up daily from the shop. Offers are contingent on successful background checks and drug screening.
Requirements
- Be professional, dependable, and organized.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Be able to climb ladders and roofs and lift 50 or more pounds.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
