About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is hiring an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Monroe, North Carolina. This customer-facing role manages the flow of data, communication, and documentation between CentiMark, customers, and other stakeholders throughout project phases. The position primarily supports new construction projects facilitated through General Contractors. The stated pay is $60,000, with an annual bonus opportunity and benefits.

Requirements

• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as STACK, BIM 360, or Procore.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in standard business applications, including MS Office Suite, cloud applications, and Acrobat.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Generate project submittal packages.
• Pre-register manufacturer warranties.
• Manage change orders.
• Produce and maintain schedules of values.
• Maintain daily logs and generate progress reports.
• Attend on-site meetings, take meeting minutes, and perform quality control inspections.
• Navigate and resolve construction-related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
• Maintain client project portals and act as the primary point of contact throughout project phases.
• Collaborate with managers to fulfill data requests and answer technical questions.
• Monitor project spending and assist with staying on budget.
• Provide support to the construction manager.
