About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee complex roofing projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. Requirements

5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience
Excellent communications skills and customer service experience
Strong understanding of project financial management
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience preferred
business development skills and experience a plus
Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Drive sales, retain clients, and secure referrals through strong relationship management and industry involvement.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, manage submittals, subcontractors, and pre-construction documentation.
Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely, under-budget completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Assist with AP/AR, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools.
Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain smooth project workflows.
Uphold safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and document all compliance and field conditions.
Conduct regular sites visits, oversee jobsite logistics, and manage project reporting and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability.
