About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager for a full-time, 1099 commission-based position. This role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing roofing contracts, collecting money, and managing projects from start to finish. The company is expanding and offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, bonus pay, and some company-provided leads, though self-generation of leads through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round job with average earnings of $70K-$150K+, with top performers making over $200K.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
