About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager for their South Denver location. This is a 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ per year, with top performers making over $200,000. The role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing roofing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding. They offer a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, bonus pay through competitions, and project management experience in the construction field. Some company leads are provided, but self-generation of leads through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round job.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
