About The Position

Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales | Lincoln, NE. This is a 1099 commission-based position with average earnings of $70,000–$150,000+ per year, with top performers making over $200,000+. Shamrock Roofing and Construction is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding across the Midwest and South. The company has built a $70M roofing brand on reputation, community, and results, and provides systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales representatives close deals. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be comfortable with D2D (door-to-door) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job. The role offers a supportive work environment, a detailed training program for new Project Managers, and opportunities for leadership and upward mobility. Training pay is available through bonuses and commission. Bonus competitions are also available. The position involves project management in the construction field with an amazing support system, including some company-provided leads, but primarily relies on door-to-door self-generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts

• Manage the project from start to finish
