About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales professional to join their team in Springfield. This is a commission-based, 1099 role with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers making over $200K. The ideal candidate will have local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area, as this is an on-site, community-based role. Shamrock Roofing and Construction is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding across the Midwest and South. They offer systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales professionals close deals. Veterans are encouraged to apply. This is a year-round job opportunity in roofing sales.

Requirements

• Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO.
• Must be comfortable with D2D sales.
• Self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Cell Phone.
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Nice To Haves

• Local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach across the Springfield area.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Collect Money.
• Manage the project from start to finish.
