About The Position

SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales for the Kansas City Area. This is a 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers making $200K+. The role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing roofing contracts, collecting money, and managing projects from start to finish. We are a growing company, recognized as a Top 40 Roofing Contractor, and offer a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, bonus pay, and an amazing support system. While some company leads are provided, self-generation of leads through door-to-door sales is expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
