About The Position

SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales professional to join their team in Springfield. This is a 1099 commission-based role with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers making over $200K. The ideal candidate must reside within approximately 30 miles of Springfield, MO, and possess strong local knowledge. This is an on-site, community-based role where you will be part of a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States, experiencing expansion across the Midwest and South. Shamrock Roofing and Construction has built a strong brand on reputation, community, and results, offering systems, brand power, and back-end support to help you succeed. Veterans are encouraged to apply. The role involves comfort with door-to-door (D2D) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job, offering a new career opportunity.

Requirements

• Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO.
• Must be comfortable with D2D sales.
• Self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Must have a Cell Phone.
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Nice To Haves

• Local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.
• Some company leads provided.
• Self gen leads are expected.
• Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach across the Springfield area.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Collect Money.
• Manage the project from start to finish.
