About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a driven and passionate individual to join their team as a Roofing Project Manager - Outside Sales. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ per year, with top performers earning over $200,000. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding across the Midwest and South. Shamrock Roofing and Construction has built a strong brand on reputation, community, and results, and provides systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales professionals succeed. The role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing roofing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. Veterans are encouraged to apply. The position requires comfort with door-to-door (D2D) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generation of leads is expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation (must be able to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available for general use during business hours for those 21+ with a completed MVR check)
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file (for company truck use)
