About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a driven individual to join their team as a Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+ per year, with top performers earning over $200,000. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding across the Midwest and South. Shamrock Roofing has built a strong brand on reputation, community, and results, and provides systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales professionals succeed. The role involves generating leads, inspecting properties, writing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. Some company leads are provided, but self-generation through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round job with opportunities for leadership and upward mobility for qualified candidates. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
