About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is hiring an experienced Roofing Production Foreman in the Bloomington, Minnesota area. The foreman supervises and trains a crew of five to six people, ensuring the crew works safely and meets service and quality standards. The role involves training crew members in field applications, coordinating with the field supervisor, and communicating with customers and management. The foreman is also responsible for paperwork and timesheets and for working with the team to install quality CentiMark roofs safely and efficiently within the hours provided.

Requirements

• At least two years of general roofing experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with single-ply roofing, EPDM, PVC, and TPO.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
