About The Position

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing company, is seeking a Roofing Operations Manager for its Specialty Division in Jessup, Maryland. The manager will lead the office and surrounding areas, supervising and coordinating the timely installation and completion of production and service roofing projects. The role includes responsibility for employee relations, job supervision, and customer satisfaction.

The position pays a base salary of $90,000–$110,000, with bonus opportunities. The Operations Manager manages project profitability and quality, recruits and retains qualified workers, supervises field and service teams, works with sales and technical staff, resolves project issues, and ensures thorough job-site inspections before and after project completion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to manage and motivate.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous roofing or construction business operations management experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Profit and Loss Statement.
• Recruit and retain qualified workers.
• Ensure commercial roofing projects are safe, profitable, and high quality.
• Manage field supervisors, field workers, and the service manager.
• Work closely with sales and technical staff.
• Address problems that arise during projects.
• Ensure complete and thorough job-site inspections before and after project completion.
• Supervise and coordinate timely installation and completion of production and service roofing projects.
