About The Position
CentiMark Corporation, a national commercial/industrial roofing company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Charleston, West Virginia location. The Branch/Operations Manager supervises and coordinates roofing projects and ensures their timely installation and completion. The role also manages employee relations, job supervision, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of roofing or equivalent general construction experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous roofing or construction business operations management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the roofing industry.
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, BUR, foam, metal, acrylic, and/or shingles.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain qualified workers.
- Ensure complete and thorough job-site inspections before and after project completion.
- Address problems that arise during installation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate roofing projects and ensure their timely installation and completion.
- Manage employee relations and job supervision.
