About The Position
The Roofing Installation Manager oversees field production and production crews, reporting to the Production Manager and General Manager. The role focuses on maximizing and improving production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing work to meet high standards for reviews and inspections. The manager works primarily at job sites and in the office as needed, and coordinates with production staff, customers, property owners, and site contacts.

- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to perform tasks involving climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, gripping, and moving safely over uneven surfaces.
- Ability to safely climb ladders reaching up to 60 feet while carrying up to 30 pounds and correctly wear personal protective gear.
Responsibilities
- Assist and direct the Production Team in completing projects.
- Ensure quality installations through properly trained and supervised production crews.
- Find solutions to installation issues in unique installation environments.
- Coordinate with the Production Admin on installation crew scheduling to maximize crew potential and increase production.
- Connect daily with production crews to manage customer relations on each project.
- Communicate project status directly to the property owner or site contact.
- Identify and correct potential issues with the production crew before a project begins.
- Represent the company with respect and professionalism.
- Accurately communicate material overages, returns, and pickups in ServiceTitan.
- Complete required forms, photo documentation, and scorecards for every assigned project.
