About The Position

The Roofing Manager will oversee residential and commercial projects from initial estimate through final completion of a project. This role requires hands-on experience with detailed material and labor estimating, managing subcontractor crews, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage multiple job sites, control project costs, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and property managers across steep-slope and low-slope roofing applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Direct experience as a Roofing Project Manager or Estimator overseeing both residential and commercial systems.
• Demonstrated experience hiring, scheduling, and managing third-party subcontractors.
• Proficiency with job-costing and estimating software applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and building code compliance.
• Experience handling insurance claims and working directly with adjusters.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in a related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate bids, proposals, scope of work, and change orders.
• Utilize estimating software and digital measurement tools to generate competitive pricing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between property owners, sub-contractors, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor crews across simultaneous job sites.
• Conduct daily job site visits to inspect work quality, monitor timelines, and job status.
• Enforce strict OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and building codes on every job site.
