Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of roofing sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
Generate and manage residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals
Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations, estimates, and presentations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Monitor sales pipeline, track KPIs, and report performance metrics to leadership
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
Stay current on roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
