About The Position
Cardinal Roofing is looking for roofing laborers to join the team!
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation (Meet at Jobsite)
- Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customer’s demands
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Capability to work in varied climate conditions
- Must have valid work permit or drivers license
- Must pass drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Loader, boom lift, forklift and scissor lift experience a plus but not necessary
- Waterproofing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Use of power tools and machinery when needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
- Commitment to safety rules
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
