About The Position

CentiMark Corporation, the nation's largest commercial/industrial roofing contractor with 100 locations and over 3,500 employees, has an exceptional opportunity for a commercial roofing Superintendent/Field Supervisor in the Baton Rouge area. Requirements

• Must have a good working knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety
• 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Planning jobs for service crews
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer
• Planning and executing a successful commercial roofing project
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering roofing materials for projects
