About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Supervisor to join their growing family. This role is responsible for leading crews, driving production, and ensuring every commercial roofing project is completed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality. It is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The supervisor will be the primary leader for daily job site operations, coordinating installations and repairs, conducting site inspections, and enforcing safety standards. They will also serve as a resource for customers and management, maintaining proactive communication and delivering exceptional customer service. Performance will be managed through coaching, accountability, and team development.

Requirements

At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
One to two years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems.
Confident leader with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage field teams.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to solve job site challenges.
Ability to maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
Successfully pass a background check.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial roofing crews.
