Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
  • Leadership, management and project management skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
  • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a bonus
  • Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple production crews to plan and execute successful projects.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee projects.
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, quality and proper installation, job site material counts, daily communication with the customers, employees and operations manager.
