Requirements

2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
Leadership, management and project management skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Valid Driver’s License

Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise multiple production crews to plan and execute successful projects.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee projects.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, quality and proper installation, job site material counts, daily communication with the customers, employees and operations manager.
