About The Position
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for up to 5 crews by monitoring the crew leads to make sure all installation jobs are done in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate for the Field Supervisor will be an individual with demonstrated supervisory/management experience, preferably in the solar industry.
Requirements
- Communicate and lead by example through a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with solar equipment, hardware and electronics preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass required background and drug test.
- Minimum 2 experience in a supervisory role.

- Demonstrated supervisory/management experience, preferably in the solar industry.
Responsibilities
- Assess what is needed to get a job done in the required timeframe
- Reviews upcoming installations for potential issues.
- Analyzes jobs to determine which needs the most and least help.
- Conducts job site safety inspections and quality assurance reviews.
- Identify electrical and construction/roofing issues for referral the appropriate dept.
- Review the layout of the system, electrical design, layout of equipment and pipework to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing.
