About The Position
Reese Roofing & Construction is looking for highly motivated sales professionals who want to earn six-figure income selling roofing and restoration projects. We are a licensed Roofing Contractor and General Contractor serving the Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and surrounding counties. Requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with door knocking, networking, and generating your own leads
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain roofing or restoration projects to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when inspecting properties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone and ability to use basic CRM or sales software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with homeowners during the sales process
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs if needed
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous roofing, restoration, or construction sales experience
- Experience working with insurance claims or storm damage restoration
- Former insurance adjusters transitioning to the contractor side
- Experience with roofing systems, windows, or exterior remodeling
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential properties for storm damage
- Generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals
- Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process
- Present estimates and close roofing and restoration projects
- Manage jobs from contract to completion while communicating with homeowners
