Seeking an experienced, competitive, and driven Sr. Sales Representative to join our winning team! This is an independent contractor role with assigned territories, strong marketing support, mentorship, and a robust commission structure. You’ll have access to proven tools, systems, and support to help you perform at a high level. Requirements
- Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales
- Competitive drive and strong follow-through
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to work within structured systems and processes
- Strong organization across multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Canvas assigned territories
- Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Secure signed contingency agreements
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Complete project scopes using Hover
- Lead homeowner meetings and move the deal forward
- Submit complete job documentation to the claims team
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Collect customer payments
