About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in the Manhattan, KS area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $24-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- 2–3+ years of commercial flat/low-slope roofing experience
- Experience with TPO heat welding equipment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must have basic roofing tools (fully tooled is a plus)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- All PPE
Responsibilities
- Install TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems
- Perform seam welding using hot-air heat gun
- Install flashings, coping, drains, and terminations
- Assist with insulation and membrane layout
- Follow roof plans and manufacturer specifications
