About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Roofers for projects located in or around Andover, MA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Proven experience as a roofer with flat and sheet metal roofing
- OSHA 10 Construction certification required
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Ability to work a full 40-hour week and occasionally overtime as needed
- Punctuality, ability to start work at 6:30 AM
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and work with roofing materials
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the installation of flat roofing and sheet metal roofing on service crew and new construction projects
- Operating roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Work effectively as part of a team on long-term assignments
