About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Commercial Roofing Technician to diagnose and repair roof leaks, perform preventative maintenance and routine service work, complete roof repairs, and install or apply commercial roof coating systems. The technician works with various commercial roofing systems and materials, identifies potential problems, and recommends appropriate repair solutions. The role requires professional communication with customers, property managers, and team members, along with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site and documenting completed work in service reports. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, arrives ready to work, treats customers professionally, and can be trusted to complete service calls correctly. The position involves working outdoors, climbing ladders, safely accessing commercial rooftops, and performing physical labor, including lifting roofing materials. Requirements
- Previous commercial roofing experience.
- Experience with roof leak detection, maintenance, and repairs.
- Hands-on experience with commercial roof coatings and application systems.

- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
