About The Position

P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Roof Repair Technician for residential roofing projects. The role involves assessing roof damage, recommending and carrying out repairs, installing roofing materials, and interacting directly with customers. Technicians are expected to provide quality workmanship, follow safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment, complete work orders, and collect payments after project completion. The position also involves participating in training and following best practices for roofing repairs and customer service. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, with the potential for a monthly incentive.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in roofing repair and installation.
Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques.
Ability to diagnose roofing issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely at heights.
Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
