About The Position

We are hiring Roof & Floor Truss Builders to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build engineered wooden trusses used in residential and commercial construction. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with experience in construction, framing, carpentry, warehouse work, or manufacturing . No truss experience? We provide on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Reliable transportation
• Valid identification
• Ability to pass drug screen and hearing test
• Must follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Employees must provide: Steel toe or hard sole work boots, 22–24 oz hammer, Hammer holder, 25’–30’ tape measure

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber
• Position and secure lumber components and metal plates
• Use hand tools such as hammer and tape measure
• Operate production equipment as trained
• Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy
• Stage finished trusses for shipping
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
