About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a Romanian Teacher for a business course in San Antonio, Texas. This is a one-to-one, part-time, freelance position with a total of 20 hours of instruction. Lessons are scheduled for two hours each, twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays at 5 pm), at the McCreless Branch Library. The student is at an elementary level and is between 25-34 years old. The schedule and location may be flexible, and the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This role is for self-motivated individuals looking to learn another language.
Requirements
- Native Romanian speaker and/or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of McCreless Branch Library, San Antonio, TX 78223.
- Ability to provide CV with references, availability, and earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one Romanian language instruction to a business client.
- Conduct lessons at the McCreless Branch Library or a flexible alternative location.
- Adhere to the scheduled lesson times on Tuesdays and Fridays at 5 pm, or a flexible schedule.
- Adapt teaching methods to an elementary level student.
