About The Position

Role Players fulfill scenario-based training and will be required to take direction from instructors and coordinators, as well as read and understand each of the training exercises conducted for the benefit of students in training. The specific roles and responsibilities will be identified prior to the start of each course running and the requirements will be provided before each course/exercise. For each role player exercise, the role player will be provided written guidance (scripts) that includes but is not limited to a description of the role, scenarios, expected student outcome of the interaction, anticipated student questions, and expected role player answers. Length of exercise assignments range from 1 - 2 days.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph clearance.
Previous experience as an Operations Officer.
Ability to understand script concepts and interact with the overarching scenario.
Excellent critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and sound operational judgment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in an Intelligence Community environment.

Nice To Haves

Overseas experience supporting operations including in high threat areas.
Foreign language skills.
Previous experience as a Role Player.
