Requirements

Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph clearance.
Previous experience as an Operations Officer.
Ability to understand script concepts and interact with overarching scenarios.
Excellent critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and sound operational judgment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in an Intelligence Community environment.

Nice To Haves

Overseas experience supporting operations including in high threat areas.
Foreign language skills.
Previous experience as a Role Player.

Responsibilities

Fulfill scenario-based training requirements.
Take direction from instructors and coordinators.
Read and understand training exercises.
Understand specific roles and responsibilities identified prior to the start of each course.
Utilize written guidance (scripts) including role description, scenarios, expected student outcome, anticipated student questions, and expected role player answers.
