About The Position
The ROI Dock Security Checkpoint Lieutenant supervises small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility. This role handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Roi-Namur by marine vessels. The Lieutenant is responsible for supervising small groups of guards and Local National (LN) Access Control Officers, ensuring adequate manning during mission activities, and verifying that all assigned guard posts are staffed and performing adequately. Additionally, the Lieutenant ensures all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles
- Must obtain USAKA “B” Boat certification NLT 30 days after assuming duties.
Nice To Haves
- ASIS CPP certification is preferred.
