Dock Security Checkpoint Lieutenant - Kwajalein
About The Position
The Dock Security Checkpoint Lieutenant supervises small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility. This role handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Kwajalein Island by marine vessels. The Lieutenant also liaisons with LN Customs Officers and coordinates with Foreign National (FN) escorts when required. Familiarity with Host Nation Customs and Courtesies is necessary, and the Lieutenant will assist with Access Control Procedures during special events. This position ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed and monitors the performance of assigned guard force personnel, ensuring they are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
- Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles.
Nice To Haves
- ASIS CPP certification is preferred.
