About The Position

The Roche Consultant (RC) demonstrates the end-to-end value of Roche’s Molecular Diagnostics portfolio and Roche Consulting services. Working with hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks, and reference laboratories, the RC assesses complex molecular testing operations, identifies workflow challenges, and develops practical, evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and turnaround times. Through customer engagement, workflow analysis, capacity modeling, and continuous improvement, the RC evaluates people, processes, instrumentation, and connected automation across molecular laboratories. The role supports customers from solution planning and installation readiness through post-installation optimization, translating operational data and customer priorities into sustainable improvements. This is a remote, field-based position. The role supports pre-sales and post-sales workflow assessments, solution planning, installation readiness, and implementation handoffs. It involves conducting Workflow Planning Events, preparing implementation workbooks and customer primers, and partnering with customers and Roche Sales, Applications, Service, IT, and Implementation teams. A company car is provided; relocation benefits are not provided.
