About The Position

The Robotics Student Success Coordinator for the Automated Robotics Engineering Technology (ARET) program plays a critical role in student success. This position is responsible for assisting in supporting enrollment pipelines while providing proactive, holistic support to ensure student persistence, completion, and career readiness. The coordinator serves as a liaison between prospective students, current students, faculty, and industry partners—helping to promote the program, guide students through their academic journey, and strengthen connections with employers and high schools.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related technical field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and build meaningful relationships.
  • Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree in education, student affairs, workforce development, or a related field.
  • Experience in student advising, recruitment, workforce training, or higher education support services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
