The role involves being the face of Tutor across the Central U.S., supporting customer sites and keeping robots running. The work directly contributes to improving the technology through diagnosing failures, documenting repairs, and uncovering root causes. The position is available at two levels: Level II, where technicians independently manage preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support; and Level III, which includes these responsibilities plus serving as the regional escalation point, handling the hardest diagnostics, and mentoring Level II technicians.
