About The Position
Infi Robotics is hiring a Robotics Engineer to build robotic systems that reliably perform useful assembly work on real hardware. The role focuses on manipulation and control for tasks such as kitting, fastening, and part handling, as well as integrating robotic arms, end effectors, sensing, and safety into functioning cells. The ideal candidate has built and debugged physical robotic systems and cares about their performance beyond demonstrations. The engineer will own foundational projects across robotics, machine learning, the factory floor, and Infi’s first customer programs, while helping shape the company’s direction and pace. Infi is a robotics-native contract manufacturer in the San Francisco Bay Area, helping hardware companies move products from prototype to production, with an initial focus on automated assembly for robots, drones, and other intelligent hardware.
