About The Position

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing career? Join our team as a Robotic Welding Operator. In this role, you'll operate robotic welding equipment to produce quality metal components for leading manufacturers. You'll load and unload parts, monitor welding operations, perform inspections, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. No robotic welding experience? We provide on-the-job training. Requirements

Basic math skills for inspections and part quantities
Computer proficiency for job sign-in/out and navigating NAV
Ability to interpret blueprints and understand inspection requirements
Ability to use measurement tools such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, protractors, and comparators
Basic mechanical ability for fixture setup and tear outs
6–12 months of relevant experience required

Welding experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate robotic welding equipment to weld metal components according to production specifications.
Load and unload parts and materials from welding fixtures and machines.
Monitor welding operations to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators.
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays.
Record production activity and job progress using the company's shop floor system.
Assist with basic machine setups, fixture changes, and production changeovers as trained.
