About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Robotic Welder Helper in Lavonia, GA. This role involves assisting in the operation of robotic welding machines, preparing materials, ensuring proper part placement, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to the 1/16th of an inch
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or welding environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading robotic welding machines before and after weld cycles
• Support operators in preparing materials for welding processes
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of parts within robotic systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around welding stations
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
