Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and technical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Experience with Google Docs
- Travel up to 75%
- Open to relocation
- Clean driving record required

- Dental and/or private practice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support regional account management that assists in driving customer satisfaction at current accounts.
- Provide field clinical case support to current Neocis customers through training and education.
- Assist in the training and education of new and existing accounts.
- Identify and support opportunities to drive existing customer satisfaction.
- Focus on case coverage to assist in customer satisfaction.
- Support universities, VA facilities, and hospitals in account management activities.
- Escalate membership upgrade opportunities to the RIS or Senior RIS.
