This role involves working within a station on a robotic welding line, where the robot will weld a unit using a standard build process. The position requires adherence to all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow, ensuring safe operations, a quality product, and consistent delivery. Requirements
- Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator).
- Technical ability to escalate issues when identified.
- Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.
Nice To Haves
- High School /GED diploma preferred (required to maintain the pre-treatment system only).
Responsibilities
- Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture.
- Use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other types of finishing tools to ensure quality product.
- Control operation of robot, cleaning and inspection.
- Read and understand operation standard, as needed, such as blueprint.
- Manual movement and lifting by clamping parts together by hand and/or using hand tools.
