About The Position

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for their team in Springfield, Missouri! This role involves developing and maintaining project scope, schedule, and budget, leading project teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The Project Manager will monitor project performance, manage risks and changes, and ensure that all work stays within the defined scope, schedule, and budget, while meeting contract requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 6+ years of highway or municipal design
• Project management experience (scope, schedule, budget control)
• PE License
• Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain project scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead project (coordinate teams, assign responsibilities, align resources)
• Serve as primary point of contact
• Monitor project performance
• Manage risks/changes
• Ensure work stays within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure deliverables meet contract requirements/standards
