As a Roadway Programs Manager 2, you will perform the following duties: Program Leadership: Manage operations across pavement testing, Roadway Management System (RMS) data support, and quality control areas Data Oversight: Guide data collection, entry, maintenance, and quality assurance processes Staff Direction: Lead professional and technical staff, as well as set job priorities and performance standards Reporting Management: Prepare and distribute required statewide reports and ensure accurate documentation System Administration: Coordinate RMS activities, schedule work group meetings, and approve programming tasks Quality Assurance: Monitor data accuracy, oversee quality control and assurance programs, as well as identify and correct data issues.

Requirements

  • One year of experience as a Roadway Programs Manger 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • Three years of professional or managerial experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of methods and techniques in a roadway maintenance management system including one year in a supervisory capacity and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a civil engineering related discipline
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Be able to perform essential job functions
